This Pregnancy+ app review covers Philips’ week-by-week tracker: dated US and UK prices, store ratings and privacy labels. This is a source-reviewed guide, not a hands-on lab test. Listings were captured on 13 September 2026.
Who this Pregnancy+ app review is for

Download Pregnancy + | Tracker App on the App Store · Get Pregnancy + | Tracker App on Google Play
Stay if you want 3D week models and you will pay or watch ads to unlock tools. Stay if a partner will install a second copy. Stay if you already use other Philips baby apps and want one brand.
Skip it if you only need a due-date widget. Skip it if a kick counter behind a paywall will annoy you; 2025 App Store reviews still describe that split. Skip it if you needed a medical device. For the wider field, use best pregnancy apps.

Dated features and store facts
The US and UK listings describe the same core: interactive 3D models with several ethnicities, a fruit-and-sweet size guide, week articles, 2D and 3D “scans,” a bump photo diary, a due-date calculator, a weight log, a calendar, name lists, and share access for a partner or relative. Tools named on the store copy include a kick counter, contraction timer, hospital bag and birth plan.
Philips says content is written in-house with medical experts, lactation consultants, midwives and parents. That is a staffing claim, not a trial of outcomes. The same listing tells you to consult a doctor or midwife if you have concerns.
iOS requires 16.4 or later. Size on the US page was 250.9 MB. Languages listed: English plus 13 others. Apple age rating 16+ for medical-treatment information, sexual content or nudity, advertising, messaging and health topics. Play age rating: Everyone, with a Users Interact tag and ads.
Version history on the US page showed 7.8.1 on 10 August. Play said updated 7 August 2026. We did not copy a Play version string from the body we retrieved.
Pregnancy+ price and twelve-month cost
Keep US and UK cells apart. Tax can change checkout. Several yearly rows appear on one grid. Open the paywall you are billed on.
If the US yearly SKU you see is $29.99, the year costs $29.99. If it is $34.99, use that. Twelve US monthly bills at $5.99 cost $71.88. A $12.99 three-month row annualises to $51.96 if you stay a year. The $3.99 tools row is a one-off on the label we saw, not a year of Premium. The $3.59 week row is the expensive way to test the app ($186.68 if you somehow stayed 52 weeks). We did not confirm which SKU unlocks which tool.
In the UK, £29.99 a year beats £5.99 times 12 (£71.88) and beats £4.99 times 12 (£59.88). A £19.99 yearly row was also listed. A £2.99 week is a trial-shaped SKU, not a plan we would annualise. Philips’ privacy notice says Premium may be a subscription in some countries and one-off tools in others. That matches the mixed IAP grid.
| Field | Public listing |

Privacy and Data Safety
Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V. publishes a Pregnancy+ privacy notice at info.philips-digital.com. The notice we opened says Premium status, trial flags and renewal state are processed to run a subscription. Apple or Google take the card. Community posts, if you join groups, store usernames, messages and images. App-usage analytics include articles read and days active.
Apple’s label on 13 September 2026 said data used to track you includes identifiers. Linked data is used for third-party advertising and for the developer’s own marketing. Play said some types may be shared with third parties. Encryption in transit and a deletion request are listed. Those are forms, not an audit.
Do not store a loss date or an ultrasound on a shared phone without a PIN. Deleting the icon is not the same as deleting the Philips account. The US App Store includes a developer reply that the app does not support tracking two pregnancies on one profile; after a loss you may need to delete data or make a new account. That is a product limit, not a clinical pathway.
Ratings, sentiment and what studies did not measure
High star counts are not a kick-counter validation. We found no PubMed trial that scores Pregnancy+ movement logs against a clinical actograph. The 3D models are illustrations of a typical pregnancy. They are not your scan.
Featured US reviews from 2025 still call the free week updates useful and the paid tools annoying. Older reviews describe restore-purchase failures. Those are anecdotes, dated on the store, not a survey we ran.
If you exercise with in-app videos, use the same stop rules as any class. Chest pain, bleeding, or sudden swelling is not an app problem. See exercise warning signs.
Who should skip it, and what remains unverified
Skip Premium if the free week feed is enough. Skip the whole app if you wanted a clinician messaging service. Skip it if you need a clean loss-to-new-pregnancy switch; the developer says you may have to wipe the profile.
We did not confirm which yearly SKU a new UK or US account sees first. We did not recapture a Play install chip. We did not test Health-app write permissions. Manufacturer lines about “80 million” or “100 million” families are marketing and do not match each other across pages.
This Pregnancy+ app review lands here: useful as a dated, illustrated diary if you accept ads or a modest yearly IAP. A poor fit if you needed care and downloaded a model of a fetus instead.
